>Kasatarash</a>&nbsp;area of Deh Salah District. No casualties were reporte=
d as of the time of writing.<br /><br />The IEA forces closed the roads bet=
ween Deh Salah DAC and Dara-e Jar, and Kasatarash and Deh Salah District, t=
o civilian traffic.<br /><br />
<div>NGOs are advised to avoid the aforementioned areas.<br /><br /></div>
<div>NGOs are further advised to communicate with local interlocutors prior=
 to planning road movements in Deh Salah District.</div>
<strong><br />As of 0945 hrs, 17 July:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;The armed clash =
between the IEA security forces and the OAGs ended in Dara-e Jar area of De=
h Salah District, and Khahoosh and Suchi areas of Khost District. During th=
e clashes, a total number of 23 IEA members were killed, at least 20 others=
 were wounded, and an unknown number of IEA members were captured by the NR=
F members.<br /><br /></div>

m Dara-e Qasan area to Deh Salah DAC, and the road from Khost District to <=
