Dear Colleagues, The INSO Cent=
ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Sunday, 17 Ju=
ly 2022, at 1100 hrs. The meeting will be held in person=
 at the INSO Kabul office. The meeting will be hosted by Deputy Sa=
fety Advisor Aftabuddin and Assistant Safety Advisors Rohullah and Husnia, =
and will be held in Dari. If y=
ou are unfamiliar with the location of the office, please reach out to Cent=
ral Region Assistant Safety Advisors Rohullah or Husnia for directions. Ple=
ase note that there will be no parking available at the location; as such, =
we kindly request partners to arrange drop-off and pick-up. To r=
emain COVID-Safe, a maximum of one participant per organis=
ation will be admitted. In addition, INSO will configure the seating plan t=
o allow for social distancing and ensure the availability of hand sanitiser=
. INSO will limit the number of participants to 30 and adm=
it participants on a first-come-first-serve basis in the interest of fairne=
ss. Those wishing to join the SRT must confirm their attendance =
via email by 1500 hrs on 14 July. Partners are requested t=
o send their confirmation emails to Rohullah, Central Regi=
on Assistant Safety Advisor, at <a href=3D"mailto:asst.central@afg.ngosafet=
y.org">asst.central@afg.ngosafety.org</a> Only those who have co=
nfirmed their attendance will be admitted to the meeting. Partners in atten=
dance are kindly asked to bring their own masks and pen for signing in at t=
he entrance. Should you feel unwell, please refrain from attending in perso=
n to protect the other participants. The duration of the meeting=
 will be approximately one hour. The main objective of this roundtable disc=
ussion will be to allow our partner NGOs to share experiences and lessons l=
earned from the current operating environment, and provide a short overview=
 of key developments in the Central Region. If you would like INSO to raise=
 any specific issues at the meeting on your behalf, please let us know in a=
dvance. Roundtable meetings are primarily a forum for exchangin=
g information and insights concerning the safety and security environment a=
mong NGO partners in the Central Region, and we encourage you to come prepa=
red to contribute.
