Dear Dr Sahib Yousifzai,

As recently our provincial nutrition officer resigned, and during the =
supply of RUTF due to incoordination and misunderstanding it was stored =
in Company BHC, today it is already transferred to the provincial stock =
and will be supplied to other HFs.

Subject: RUTF Stock in Company BHC

Dear Respected colleagues,

Yesterday I had a monitoring visit from Company BHC related to the =
Paghman district. Generally, most of the programs were going well. There =
was an acute issue with the RUTF stock. Two weeks ago, 20 cartons were =
leaked to this clinic. It was the portion of Somochak Sub center. The =
quantity was supposed to be sent to the Samochak SHC clinic soon, but =
still, unfortunately, the materials have not been transferred yet, and =
another serious problem was stored placed in the window of a room in the =
red sun, and also, a small amount was destroyed by insects. So, =
hopefully, you will take action accordingly as soon as possible.
