Dear Dr Ahmad and Takal Sahib!

First thanks from your confidence that I has been selected as a key staff
for Kabul BPHS (July-2021) and thanks again for my selection as a project
manager (April 2022), but it=E2=80=99s my question that I am not qualify an=
d no
improvement in my part (according your notice letter text) why I has been
selected as a key staff, project manager and now again appoint project
manager for Farah province? In which policy, regulation and law directly
and suddenly through HR assistance level staff give verbal notice to
managerial level that if you accept it you will be here, if not no place
for you in the organization? I will accept that I have not improved
regarding fraud which more persons involved (Kabul BPHS HMIS formats
printing, repairing of Indonesia hospital x-ray, renovation etc.).

According HR policy and regulation, change regarding position, place or
overall contract of employee,  notice letter will submitted for employee at
least one month ago, but unfortunately contract end notice shared  by third
day of new month, so due to HR policy and regulation following is my right
and I want it:

1-      Salary of current month (July 2022).

2-      Three months=E2=80=99 salary of last year (July =E2=80=93September =
2021).

3-      Work certificate according to job title.

So, kindly wish from the Admin/HR respectable department to prepare my all
rights to complete clearance process and close this issue on time. On 4th
of July I have some appointments with my colleagues and friends, so on 5 of
July I will be available in the office.
