Dear Dr.Sahib Tabesh:
I have reviewed the presentation .The presentation is generally good but 
it is not prepared according to the requirements of the template.The 
following is my comments for further improvement of the presentation:
1.Key interventions and responses is not the name of projects instead 
please changes it to intervention and response e.g :
   (provision of quality BPHS and EPHS services to the targeted 
populations in Kabul,Parwan and Kunduz provinces)
2.It was asked in the template to include all health facilities running 
by Jack,it means of all 3 provinces
3.The challenges and obstacle you mentioned is internal,please include 
some major challenges we faced during the implementation .In my point of 
view having MoU with MoPH was a major chalange.You can add more 
challenges like this.
4.The key achievements need to be revised and provide some key 
achievements specifically for reducing morbidity and mortality
5.Projects in Pipeline(  CBNP,WIFS and MNP project in Parwan is i 
Pipeline)
6.lesson learn section have to be completely revised.
