er has been killed in the armed clash.&nbsp;<br /><br />
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">In addition, IEA forces have blocked th=
e main road nearby. This road follows Nawah-e Sarjangal valley, and leads t=
o Sarjangal Village, then to Yakawlang District of Bamyan Province. It is c=
onsidered the fastest way to reach Kabul from Ghor Province.</div>

 location noted above, an armed clash erupted between a former commander of=
 a militia supported by the former government (PGM), and IEA forces.&nbsp;<=
br /><br />Last night at approximately 2200 hrs, IEA forces conducted a sea=
rch operation against the private residence of the commander. The operation=
 escalated into a firefight, which resulted in the death the two daughters =
of the former PGM commander and wounded the latter's son. An IEA member was=
 also wounded.&nbsp;<br /><br />This morning, relatives and supporters of t=
he former PGM commander arrived at his private residence and engaged in a f=
irefight with the IEA forces.&nbsp;</div>
