Dear Ahmadzai Sahib & Shirzada Sahib,

As per our meeting last week in main office regarding cash deficit in Parwan
treasury, as per your instruction we had gone through the documents. None of
the document from finance is found missing. Every transaction is recorded.
As the month is near to end and the salary will be paid as well. The cash
deficit on 19 June in the first instance was approximately AFN 170,000 & USD
350 and upon the review from the cashier himself it is reduced to AFN
131,670 & USD 246.

The documents have been reviewed by the panel members ( Shirzada Sb & Qahar
Sb) in main office and the decision is pending from your side.

I will appreciate if the issue is sorted out at the earliest.
