Dear Respected colleagues,

Yesterday I had supportive supervision from the Zarshakh health facility
located in the Paghman district.

Overall, Nutrition programs  (OPDSAM, GMP,Screening...) were good but had
some negative points as mentioned below:

1-      IFA stock out: we visited the midwife of the clinic for IFA
distribution, she said that for the last 10 days they were faced with a
shortage of IFA, So, please follow up on this issue.

2-      The OPDSAM program was implemented by the Nutrition Consoler for
the last three months; when we asked about this action, she said that our
doctor quit the job and the responsibility was taken by me because there
was no one to support this program. Meanwhile, we oriented the new doctor
who joined the job newly assigned to this clinic and handovered this
program to him.

3-      The Nutrition consoler and MD doctor, the Head of the clinic did
not get the counseling and IMAM training.

At all the OPDSAM, GMP, and Screening programs were not bad but had little
problems which some of them were solved in this visit and we hope to follow
and support other issues which are related to your esteemed organization.
