Dear Ahmadzai Sahib,

Hope my email finds you well.

As you are in the picture that EPI refresher training has been started today
for all the 80 vaccinators in Parwan for 18 days. Today the PMT trainers
have requested to increase their per diem from the budgeted amount AFN 1000
to AFN 3000. They claim that JACK Kabul office have also paid AFN 3000 per
day for such trainings . Beside that, all the female participants are
claiming for the Mahram per diem as well. I have shared this issue with Dr.
Sahib Shinwari as well to raise this in last Thursday meeting held in JACK
main office.

I would appreciate if you kindly instruct us to move forward with based on
the organization policies.
