Dear Dr.Sharaf

I went through the document. It is fine, if other colleageus agree you =
can delete the highlighted part in below paragraph.

Each Province will have a new Partner NGO to implement jointly with =
existing NGO; MoPH will introduce a new NGO in each province to SPs to =
make partnership with the existing NGOs for the delivery of services. =
Both Old and NEW NGOs will have equal responsibilities for the provision =
of services (BPHS/EPHS) in the provinces. MOPH has already have =
identified such NGOs and for the services delivery behind June 30, this =
partnership is mandatory.=20

Cancellation of NGOs certificate in the Ministry of Economy in case of =
failure to meet the new criteria  was also raised. Can we add it in this =
letter?
