Please be informed that AHF is planning to monitor the JACK project # 21380=
 through AHF Field Monitoring Visit on 27 June 2022 in Khak-e-Jabar distric=
t of Kabul Province. We will be conducting FGD(s) and individual interviews=
 with female and male beneficiaries (separated if joint FGD is not possible=
) and relevant shura and community members.  We will appreciate if you plea=
se confirm your availability and extend your support to our team and ensure=
 participation of around 10 male and 10 female beneficiaries (as possible),=
 men and women CDC/shura members, and community elders for FGDs.

In the meantime we will highly appreciate to receive the GPS coordinates fo=
r targeted location(s) in the aforementioned district by 10:00 AM Wednesday=
 15-Jun-2022.

Additionally, kindly share the project focal point's contact details (name,=
 phone number and email address) and the total number of beneficiaries reac=
hed disaggregated by gender and disability status.
