ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Thursday, <sp=
an style=3D"background-color: #f1c40f;">16 June 2022, at 1100 hrs.<b=
r /> The meeting will be held in person at the INSO Kabul offi=
ce. The meeting will be hosted by Assistant Safety Advisors Rohull=
ah and Husnia, and will be held in Dari. If you are unfamiliar with the location of the office, please re=
ach out to Central Region Assistant Safety Advisors Rohullah or Husnia for =
directions. Please note that there will be no parking available at the loca=
tion; as such, we kindly request partners to arrange drop-off and pick-up.<=
br /> To remain COVID-Safe, a maximum of one participant</stro=
ng> per organisation will be admitted. In addition, INSO will configure the=
 seating plan to allow for social distancing and ensure the availability of=
 hand sanitiser. INSO will limit the number of participants to 25</=
strong> and admit participants on a first-come-first-serve basis in the int=
erest of fairness. Those wishing to join the SRT must confirm th=
eir attendance via email by 1530 hrs on 15 June. Partners are requested to send the=
ir confirmation emails to Rohullah, Central Region Assista=
nt Safety Advisor, at <a href=3D"mailto:asst.central@afg.ngosafety.org">ass=
t.central@afg.ngosafety.org</a> Only those who have confirmed th=
eir attendance will be admitted to the meeting. Partners in attendance are =
kindly asked to bring their own masks and pen for signing in at the entranc=
e. Should you feel unwell, please refrain from attending in person to prote=
ct the other participants. The duration of the meeting will be a=
pproximately one hour. The main objective of this roundtable discussion wil=
l be to allow our partner NGOs to share experiences and lessons learned fro=
m the current operating environment, and provide a short overview of key de=
velopments in the Central Region. If you would like INSO to raise any speci=
fic issues at the meeting on your behalf, please let us know in advance. <b=
r /> Roundtable meetings are primarily a forum for exchanging informat=
ion and insights concerning the safety and security environment among NGO p=
artners in the Central Region, and we encourage you to come prepared to con=
tribute.
