Dear Colleagues, The INSO Cent=
ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Thursday, 16 =
June 2022, at 1100 hrs. The meeting will be held in pers=
on at the INSO Kabul office. The meeting will be hosted by Assista=
nt Safety Advisors Rohullah and Husnia, and will be held in Dari</s=
trong>. If you are unfamiliar with the location=
 of the office, please reach out to Central Region Assistant Safety Advisor=
s Rohullah or Husnia for directions. Please note that there will be no park=
ing available at the location; as such, we kindly request partners to arran=
ge drop-off and pick-up. To remain COVID-Safe, a maximum of <str=
ong>one participant per organisation will be admitted. In addition=
, INSO will configure the seating plan to allow for social distancing and e=
nsure the availability of hand sanitiser. INSO will limit the number of par=
ticipants to 25 and admit participants on a first-come-fir=
st-serve basis in the interest of fairness. Those wishing to joi=
n the SRT must confirm their attendance via email by 1500 hrs on 09=
 May. Partners are requested to send their confirmation emails to =
Rohullah, Central Region Assistant Safety Advisor, at <a h=

g</a> Only those who have confirmed their attendance will be adm=
itted to the meeting. Partners in attendance are kindly asked to bring thei=
r own masks and pen for signing in at the entrance. Should you feel unwell,=
 please refrain from attending in person to protect the other participants.=
 The duration of the meeting will be approximately one hour. The=
 main objective of this roundtable discussion will be to allow our partner =
NGOs to share experiences and lessons learned from the current operating en=
vironment, and provide a short overview of key developments in the Central =
Region. If you would like INSO to raise any specific issues at the meeting =
on your behalf, please let us know in advance. Roundtable meeti=
ngs are primarily a forum for exchanging information and insights concernin=
g the safety and security environment among NGO partners in the Central Reg=
ion, and we encourage you to come prepared to contribute.
