rgeram District, and to the southwest, within <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/map=
s/pdCPcJiX1f28pGZT7">Katiran Mountain</a> bordering <a href=3D"https://goo.=
gl/maps/2U5HTMNHnvcYF3Yq9">Alishang</a> District, Laghman Province.</p>
<p style=3D"text-align: justify;">The fire has been stopped by firefighters=
 with the help of the civilians from the above mentioned areas, no casualti=
es or injuries have been recorded.</p>
<p style=3D"text-align: justify;">Authorities warned that some areas of the=
 forest are still emanating smoke, with the risk of the fire restarting if =
winds increase. Since 26 May, the fire burned approximately 100 acres of fo=

 District, to the northwest, towards <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/p5regsP=
XHRb6v6bD7">Zonya</a> area, Nurgeram District, and to the southwest, toward=
s the <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/pdCPcJiX1f28pGZT7">Katiran Mountain</a=
> bordering <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/2U5HTMNHnvcYF3Yq9">Alishang</a> =

ying to stop the fire's advance with traditional methods, such as digging t=
renches and cutting trees. As of now, no casualties have been recorded.<br =

rest fire is still raging in the above mentioned location. Reports suggest =
that the fire is moving north of Sham Dara Valley towards the Kogal Valley =
of <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/d9uSyKrZjnfinR6R9">Duab</a> District, and=
 to the west towards Laghman Province, <a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/fNEQN=
uZ4xb214VRk7">Alishang</a> District.</div>

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">The forest fire remains in uninhabited =
areas. Firefighters and civilians are still not able to contain the fire du=
e to the remoteness of the location.&nbsp;<br /><br />The previous advisory=
 remains in place.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><strong>As of 1030 hrs</strong>: At the=
 above mentioned location, a forest fire broke out on 26 May. The fire is c=
urrently affecting uninhabited areas of forest but could spread further as =
firefighters are unable to access the area.<br /><br />Reports suggest the =
fire was caused by inter-tribal conflict.<br /><br /></div>
