Answer:
The picture selected in the cover page is not to show the activity of 
the jack and rather it shows what this document is for.You know that the 
strategic plan is a visionary document and the purpose is to explain 
where are you now and where you want to be in the next 3 years and the 
picture explains the vision that you pointed to somewhere to reach to 
that. In addition the activity pictures are placed in the progress 
reports.

2- for Strategic Plan it is also important to have the following points 
as well:
A- JACK's Vision and Mission is important because, this document
would be for three years.
Answer:You can find the vision in mission in the strategic plan 
components section of the plan
B- Past Achievement, JACK is working since 2001 so I would suggest to
have glans on it.
Answer:Please see the about section of the plan and also the past and 
ongoing projects section both health and education
C- Strategic Objectives, JACK has to identify few objects like
(Equitable access to and utilization of health 		services, Equal
Access to quality educational opportunities, A secure means of living
that provides 		resilience against shocks and emergencies or Community
members actively engaged in decision-		making and influencing
development

Answer: All of the above(A b C) are already included in the plan

D- Risk Mitigation
  Answer: When problem is highlighted in every section of the plan and 
then priority actions are placed for each area then it is the risk 
mitigation measures which you can find in every section.
E- M&E
Answer : M and E is the part related to result framework which we used 
for this plan in the health section of SDG and policy indicators.
F- Result Framework
G- Target Group
  Answer : The strategic plan covers those population under the coverage 
of Jack and children's women and vulnerable groups which you can find in 
the mission.
H- Donors
  Answer :The list of donors are available in the past and ongoing 
projects.
I- Partners
Answer:The same as above
J- and also Theory of Change.
Answer :This is written in some strategic plans but it is not necessary 
by this name in all plans .The priority intervention explain in this 
plan is equal to theory of change.

In conclusion, I have gone through the strategy sections, it is more
Like information and data, I haven't seen any strategic approach and 
Intervention to tackle all mentioned shortages, my understanding is
That we should or supposed to suggest, recommend or talk about JACK's
Objectives, strategies and approaches in this document. Though the
Last part, with aim, working principles.... has slightly touched it
  But I suggest, it needs more polish.
A strategic approach is mentioned in every area very short and this is 
the nature of most strategic plan to write everything very short not in 
detail. The detail will be included in annual operational plans, Sops, 
guidelines and procedure which will be developed in the latter stage 
after the finalization of the plan.

Finally, this is the work of one week and if you want to have a 
strategic plan which will have all the requirements then it takes at 
least 6 months or more.
