Dear Dr. Sahib Shinwari, Salam!

This is to inform you that there are a number of performance issues =
faced by BPHS-Parwan (JACK). We wanted to share these issues with you in =
our monthly Datapack Review Meeting. We postponed our meeting on Tuesday =
due to no presence of BPHS side to Today, Thursday (2 June); but =
unfortunately, decision-makers of the BPHS Jack was still not present in =
today=E2=80=99s meeting. We are listing the major issues in this email, =
which require your immediate action and follow up:

(1) Supervision Performance is around 30-40%, while the target is at =
least 90% supervision of Health Facilities each month.=20
(2) Outreach sessions are not meeting their targets and at the same =
time, motorbikes are not purchased by JACK to improve outreach =
performance.=20
(3) Penta Dropouts are extremely high, while there seems to be no =
practical plan by the BPHS to resolve the issue. Over the past 3 months, =
dropouts are persistently high.=20
