This is to inform you that due to following reasons, Dr. Dawood Ghani’s 
signature is no longer authorized on financial documents.

1.            Broad corruption including Recurring corruption in 
recruitment;

2.            Doing things outside the scope of JD;

3.            Disobedience from program lines;

5.            Promoting anarchism in provincial office;

financial documents shall be endorsed/authorized by senior management 
through email.

Dear Amin Jan,

The provincial office recruitment is not part of the ToR of the provincial 
manager, thus, all recruitments must be authorized/approved through email by 
senior management. It is instructed to take the approval of senior 
management through email for all deployed staff (including Covid-19 hospital 
staff) who were recruited by provincial manager.
