Wish you well.
As per face to face meeting there are some issues that may cause challenges
in project target achievement:

1. The Medicine that supplied to Nimroz MHNT project missing some
   essential drugs that are necessary for IMNCI and ANC/PNC case managements
   as well as project indicators, for example Vit A, Albendazole/Mebendazole
   and other essential drugs. list is attached.
   2. as you are in picture Vaccines are not supplied to MHNTs.
   3. There are some kits supplied, there is no instruction how to
   distribute and for home.
   4. RMNCH card did not supplied for Nimroz MHNTs.

Regarding to drugs, it is already requested and yet we did not receive. Is
it need to re-request?
 The issues share with you, and you are requested for the solution.
