Details:

1 – JACK charging 65% by UNICF and 35% by UN-OCHA,  23 May UNICF has overall 
audit please submit every single required HR Documents according instruction 
of Mr. Ahmadzai, that Mr. Ahmadzai is shared with you.

Documents need for Audit:

*         HR File as per the stuff personal Checklist.

*         Attendance.

*         Timesheet.

*         Pay slip.

*         Payroll.

*         Leave Tracker. (leave form, emergency, unpaid leave forms)

*         Stuff list.

*         Official travel documents

2 - 01st June WHO has micro assessment we submit proposal to them for 
renewal of BPHS projects, be prepare the database require for assessment and 
send on time to HR Dept. Mr. Ahmadzai and keep in Cc HR team (Mr. Shirzada, 
Mr Zarif and Bilal as well).

3 – Please compete BPHS HR Database structure and standards according to 
ministry of public health.

4 – Remote monitoring which run by Mr. Mansoor Ahmad Zarif and call to stuff 
randomly.

5 – Please submit May 2022 monthly payroll by COB 24th May.

6 – Onward - if we announce new or vacant position we need to process the 
recruitment process which is we have starting from Vacancy requisition form 
which is must to be filled and approved by chain.

7 – Employee Database of provincial stuff, as some of province which is not 
completed, please complete it as soon as possible according to the 
instruction of Mr. Ahmadzai.

8 – According WHO, please fill the column of DOB at database, it must be 
accurate as per the National identity.
