Dear HR Colleagues,

I trust my message finds you all well,

As you know the AHF Projects have started in Kabul, Parwan, and Kunduz
provinces, as part of donor requirement staff salaries for MHT, RRT, DCs,
and FATPs in the relevant province must be paid through their bank accounts.

JACK have already made a contract with Azizi Bank for facilitating the
mentioned process, you are requested to refer AHF staff to the provincial
Azizi bank branch with the following documents for opening their bank
accounts. The staff list of Kabul province has already been shared with the
Azizi Bank main branch for facilitation except for the Kunduz MHT project,
and Parwan FTPs Parwan Provinces, Please share Kunduz MHT, and Parwan FTPs
Staff list.

Requirement for bank account opening:

1) Original Tazkera/Passport

2) TIN

3) Photo (1)

4) Electricity bill

5) Office ID card
