Dear Dr Saheb
Nutrition subcommittee meeting was conducted today, in which PNO, UNICEF
(including Dr. Wahdat), CHA, IOM, JACK, MOVE, ARCA, and Education
representatives were present. The agenda was related to nutrition
activities in Nimroz. One of the issues discussed was the microplan of
mobile teams active in Nimroz, that they cross their site plan e.g:
Zaranj District: Four mobile teams have activities in Zaranj. (IOM, MOVE,
JACK and ARCA)
Khasroaad District: Three Mobile teams have activities in Kashroad. (JACK,
MOVE and CHA)
Delaram, Kang, Charborjak and Asl-e-Chakhansor Districts: Two mobile teams
in each district. (JACK and CHA)
It is decided that all of the NGOs that have mobile teams should have a
meeting to revise microplan and distribution of white areas.
Our target population in Zaranj is 10062 and the all white area population
in Zaranj based on EPI and CSO is about 10442. If it divides the white
areas in four mobile teams then we can not achieve our targets.
 In other districts it is the same problem.
The micro plan that was previously prepared was not acceptable for CHA and
other NGOs did not participate in microplaning.
I am looking for your guide.
