Dear dr. sahib Thank you for kind information, as we all know that =
actual data will be submitted monthly into the DHIS2/ MOPH - HMIS system =
as well.  And that will be the actual data of the performance indicator =
during the one month.=20

We would like to also track the data weekly bases in order to get know =
how far or behind form target, and we want to make sure that the HFs =
providing the services regularly as well.  if we see any kind of =
challenges so we will be able to take an action on time.=20

We all believe actual data which is generated through the HMIS system is =
more reliable than cumulative weekly data and suggest using monthly HMIS =
data for tracking HF performance. if still your wish is to consolidate =
evidenced-less weekly data, we have provided you the weekly reports =
already. Kindly make an effort for this month and provide it yourself =
since these days I am overly occupied with tasks. Next month you will be =
receiving consolidated monthly reports from weekly formats either.
