Dear Haseeb Jan

Greeting

Dr. Nisar Ahmad did not pass exit examination yet, and he do not his 
diploma, thus as MoPH has been issued an official letter , without passing 
of exit examination NGos could not hire anybody in health sector, first of 
all he should pass his exit examination after that we can hire him,

Amin Jan , please consider all HR and MoPH policies during recruitment 
process, and do not process his HR documentation, so it will bring more 
problems in the future
