<p>The product is the first of its kind for INSO and aims to provide an ove=
rview of NGO incident trends throughout the year and an outlook for INSO&rs=
quo;s individual contexts. NGO incidents from 2021 are analysed by location=
, actor, typology, and impact, with headline figures and trends provided fo=
r each of INSO&rsquo;s country programmes.</p>
<p>Moreover, the report contains a thematic section, covering a prominent q=
ualitative trend over the last year. This focuses on changing military depl=
oyments within a range of contexts and their impacts on humanitarians, from=
 acute security threats, to new bureaucratic access impediments, and the ne=
ed for additional engagement or advocacy.</p>
<p>The Annual Review concludes with an outlook for several key INSO country=
 programmes, covering prominent themes and likely developments.</p>
<p>As this is the first product of its type that INSO has created, we would=
 gratefully welcome your feedback on the report, and the aspects of it that=
