Dear Sehatmandi Partners,

Thanks to you all for your close cooperation to identify the needs for the =
additional financing (top-up).

By the present email we would like to share with you the following informat=
ion items:

1.  The additional financing (top-up) will be processed next week as we h=
ad to prioritize the release of your second instalment.
  2.  Please, be informed that until you provide all needed documents to re=
lease the second instalment, we will not be able to proceed with the top-up=
 in our administrative system.
  3.  The top-up will be recorded as new additional instalment. You will be=
 due to provide interim financial and technical reports by end of June agai=
nst the top-up instalment. This means you will have four instalments: first=
 instalment (already paid), second instalment (payment release in process),=
 third instalment (equivalent to the top-up amount you requested) and last =
instalment (equivalent to the same amount agreed in the original donor agre=
ement).
