Dear JACK colleagues,

Thanks a lot for submission of financial reports for the months of Feb and
March 2022.

Upon review, WHO has observed underspent (16% in Parwan province) within the
1st installment, which requires joint coordination. By tomorrow, please,
share with us:

a.	The most updated status of expenditures, including those incurred in
April 2022. We do not need a new financial report- we need the budget
expenditure update by email only. 
b.	Confirm whether your organization is able to utilize the remaining
budget within the remaining period of the contract. 
c.	If you expect bottlenecks to fully utilize the budget by 30 June
2022, please let us know what the bottlenecks are so that we can work
together to identify possible options.  We can organize a face-to-face
meeting to discuss about the bottlenecks, if any.

from you.
