Thanks a lot for submission of financial reports for the months of Feb and =
March 2022.
Upon review, WHO has observed underspent (16% in Parwan province) within th=
e 1st installment, which requires joint coordination. By tomorrow, please, =
share with us:

1.  The most updated status of expenditures, including those incurred in =
April 2022. We do not need a new financial report- we need the budget expen=
diture update by email only.
  2.  Confirm whether your organization is able to utilize the remaining bu=
dget within the remaining period of the contract.
  3.  If you expect bottlenecks to fully utilize the budget by 30 June 2022=
, please let us know what the bottlenecks are so that we can work together =
to identify possible options.  We can organize a face-to-face meeting to di=
scuss about the bottlenecks, if any.
