According to the national mental health strategy (NMHS), Monitoring &
evaluation is the main components of the NMHS and the Mental Health
Department has the role to Monitor health facilities (HFs) throughout the
Afghanistan for making sure that the beneficiaries obtain quality services,
therefore the MHD is determine to monitor some of the HFs located in the
Chahar-Asyab and Musahy district of Kabul province related to JACK
organization by Sunday May 8th 2022,  and we want to make sure if this is
