Dear Colleagues, The INSO Cent=
ral Team invites you to join our Security Roundtable (SRT) on Tuesday, 10 M=
ay 2022, at 1100 hrs. The meeting will be held in person=
 at the INSO Kabul office. The meeting will be hosted by Deputy Sa=
fety Advisor Farzad and Assistant Safety Advisors Rohullah and Husnia, and =
will be held in&nbsp;Dari. If =
you are unfamiliar with the location of the office, please reach out to Cen=
tral Region Deputy Safety Advisor Farzad for directions. Please note that t=
here will be no parking available at the location; as such, we kindly reque=
st partners to arrange drop-off and pick-up. To remain COVID-Saf=
e, a maximum of one participant per organisation will be a=
dmitted. In addition, INSO will configure the seating plan to allow for soc=
ial distancing and ensure the availability of hand sanitiser. INSO will lim=
it the number of participants to 25 and admit participants=
 on a first-come-first-serve basis in the interest of fairness. =
Those wishing to join the SRT must confirm their attendance via email by <s=
trong>1500 hrs on 09 May. Partners are requested to send their con=
firmation emails to Farzad, Central Region Deputy Safety A=
dvisor, at <a href=3D"mailto:asst.central@afg.ngosafety.org">dsa.central@af=
g.ngosafety.org</a> Only those who have confirmed their attendan=
ce will be admitted to the meeting. Partners in attendance are kindly asked=
 to bring their own masks and pen for signing in at the entrance. Should yo=
u feel unwell, please refrain from attending in person to protect the other=
 participants. The duration of the meeting will be approximately=
 one hour. The main objective of this roundtable discussion will be to allo=
w our partner NGOs to share experiences and lessons learned from the curren=
t operating environment, and provide a short overview of key developments i=
n the Central Region. If you would like INSO to raise any specific issues a=
t the meeting on your behalf, please let us know in advance. Ro=
undtable meetings are primarily a forum for exchanging information and insi=
ghts concerning the safety and security environment among NGO partners in t=
he Central Region, and we encourage you to come prepared to contribute.
