Subject: Parwan Supportive Supervision Plan for May (2022 )

Dear colleagues !

Greetings

The supportive Supervisions plan of Parwan health centers for the month of
May 2022 was prepared and sent to you, In addition to preparing an action
plan, the following points should be considered.

1.       Implementation of the plan until the end of the month is inevitable
.

2.       Each team prepares a single action plan and partners with other
team members to adapt.

3.       If there is a problem in implementing the plan, share it with us
early.

4.       If colleagues are going on vacation, they should coordinate with ,
PM, TM or with us the day before.

5.       At the end of each week, share Supervisions reports in the form of
hard and soft with your line manager for more implementation.

6.       Each team is responsible for coordinating with the transport
department one day before the Supervisions trip.

7.       The transport department provides 4 Cars a day for the Supervisions
teams. If there is a problem, let us know.

8.       There are three or four  members in each team. If one member of the
team is unable to participate in the supervision, the other team members are
responsible for supervising.

9.       Also, at the end of each month, share with me how to implement your
plans to prepare FMR report.
