Subject: Preparation for the next round of BPHS/EPHS projects

Dear Dr.Sahib:
As you are in picture that the WHO and UNICEF will announce the next =
round of the BPHS/EPHS projects in May 2022 and the contracts will be =
awarded to IPs, in a competitive process. As the development of the =
quality technical and financial proposals are the important tasks for =
the next round of the mentioned projects, so it is necessary to be fully =
prepared for the process and have the complete understanding of the =
current situation, achievements, lesson learned, obstacles and =
challenges to be addressed in the next projects. To be in safe side I =
propose the followings:
Option 1:
=E2=80=A2	To conduct a 3 days=E2=80=99 workshop with the participation =
of the key=20
technical staffs of the central and provincial offices
=E2=80=A2	To present the  current situation,achievements,leason learned, =

obstacles and challenges to be addressed by each project manager of the =
province Option 2:
=E2=80=A2	To travel to targeted provinces and hold the review meetings =
in each=20
of the province, this will be time consuming and also the central staffs =
will not have access to their activities in the central office.
I am kindly requesting  the other colleagues to provide their thoughts =
and feedback in this regard.
