As the development of the quality technical and financial proposals are the important tasks for the next round of the mentioned projects, so it is necessary to be fully prepared for the process and have the complete understanding of the current situation, achievements, lesson learned, obstacles and challenges to be addressed in the next projects. To be in safe side I propose the followings: Option 1: • To conduct a 3 days’ workshop with the participation of the key technical staffs of the central and provincial offices • To present the current situation,achievements,leason learned, obstacles and challenges to be addressed by each project manager of the province Option 2: • To travel to targeted provinces and hold the review meetings in each of the province, this will be time consuming and also the central staffs will not have access to their activities in the central office.
