Dear colleagues from Kabul,Parwan and Kunduz provinces:
Hope you are fine and doing well with your daily performances.
Based on the below email received from WHO ,you are kindly requested to 
start work on preparing the Monthly activity report(April 2022) and 
share your report with me by CoB 10th May 2022.
While preparing your report please consider the following points:
1.The reports have to be concise and cover only those activities 
requested in the template
2.Please focus on main achievements and avoid the sentences like EPHS is 
a good package etc., as Donor know every thing about EPHS.
3.Please report as much as possible quantitative data and output based 
activities
4.As mentioned also in the template please divide the challenges and 
problems in two sections ,Internal problems and External problems.
