Dear Dr Sahib Tokhi:
I have resent the signed and stumped copies in subsequent email and I 
think due to the internet connection problem it is not delivered and I 
will check it early tomorrow morning and will send it again.I once again 
would like to bring to the attention of the JACK administration on 
resolving the internet connection issue as with poor internet connection 
you will face such problems.
