In Parwan Provincial Office staff payroll:

*        S.No 2 and S.No 28 salaries increment approvals.

Justification: As per the verbal approval and  direction of Dr Sahib =
Faiq and Dr Sahib shinwari , I have made increments in the salaries of =
Dr Sahib Amini and Mr Yama.

*        S.No 37 to 42, comments remaining from last payroll in =
adjustment column.

Justification : Comments are removed and I  will considered  in the =
future .

*        S.No 46 an adjustment of USD 68 has been made while the =
employee paid days are 16 as his joining date is 13-April-2022. Please =
justify the adjustment?

Justification : As you are in the picture we have received Mr.Ghulam =
Rasoul offer letter as  EPI Supply assistant on 13 April 2022 ,  68 USD =
Adjustment calculated as per his pervious  guard salary for  12 days , =
from 13 April 2022  his salary calculated from EPI supply assistant 300 =
USD per month and its equal to $ 180  for 18 days ,its mentionable as =
per the PO Attendance record he was absent for two days and deducted =
from his total salary.=20

*        S.No  45 position is not available in budget.

Justification :the position hired in Kabul main office , please let has =
your constructive comments in the regards .

*        S.No 28 Yama is 1 day absent but salary is not deducted due to =
formula not given to cell. (Corrected in attached payroll).

Thanks for correction Shirzada sahib , the point  will be considered in =
the future Inshalalh.

In Parwan EPHS Payroll:

*        S.No # 183 and 184: Salary tax was not calculated (corrected in =
attached payroll).

*        Night duty rates are taken as $4, 5, 7, 8 and $ 10 in USD =
currency. Hope you have better understanding.=20

*        S.No # 65 adjustment of USD 32 has been made while in Joiner =
sheet her joining date is 01-March-22. Please justify.

Justification: Mistakenly its written 01-March-2022 in Joiner sheet, =
Actually Miss Nazifa has joined with JACK on 25 March 2022, 32 USD =
Adjustment calculated from his 6 days salary from the month of March =
2022.

*        S.No# 225, 227 , 229, 246, 248 and 251 are having zero =
salaries. If they are not on job, it will be better to remove their =
names from payroll.

Justification: JACK Parwan PO don=E2=80=99t pay salary for Volunteer =
Trainee Doctor, just we pay night duties for them as per PH night duties =
monthly report as per  agreement , some month they reported with night =
duties and some month not .,therefore we don=E2=80=99t removed their =
names from the payroll  .

*        Some of the staff NSP Salaries in AFN are zero, but having =
basic USD Salaries. Hope this will not create issue.=20

In Parwan BPHS Payroll:

*        S. No 139 and 689, 15 days are not paid, unclear.

Justification: =20

1-     139- Mr Aslam has retired on 15 April 2022, as per the official =
maktoob which we have received from PPHD.

2-     689 Miss Basira has resigned on 15 April 2022 .

*        S.No 178 adjustment of $ 60 is not clear.

Justification : Mr. Mohammad Aziz night duties remain from the month of =
March and 60 USD  adjusted in the month of April .

*        Hope HR is having written approvals/documents of all new hired =
staff.

Justification: Acknowledge and HR Unit will get Approval accordingly in =
the future .

Please note as per practice we have used daily basis exchange rate in =
this payroll. As per DAB 24-April-2022 exchange rate is 86.9550 to be =
used in April-22 payrolls.
