introduction letter by your esteemed NGO for the Rapid Health Quality =
Assessment in Kabul, Kunduz and Parwan provinces. Attached please find a =
template of the letter, in Dari and Pashto, we have prepared for all the =
NGOs across 34 provinces for your review. If you do not have any =
questions or remarks, can you please process this letter through the =
Provincial Health Directorate in the mentioned provinces at your =
convenience?=20

In the meantime, our provincial supervisors, listed below, will =
communicate with your provincial focal points to closely coordinate the =
field activities and participate in a meeting with the Health =
Directorates of each province.=20

salaries over each of the past 12 months
5.	Assess the composition of staffing and changes in staffing since =
August 15, 2021
6.	Conduct qualitative interviews to understand the barriers facing =
health workers specifically and service delivery overall

The ARTF Third-party Monitoring Agent has been tasked to conduct a Rapid =
Health Quality Assessment in health facilities covered by Sehatmandi =
Service Providers across Afghanistan. =20

Your contacts were provided by the World Bank=E2=80=99s Sehatmandi Task =
Team to facilitate the coordination and support of the assessment =
efforts. We would appreciate your support in the following areas:

1.	Provide access to all DHs and CHCs in Kabul province for conducting =
field test with our data collectors between 18 and 21 April. As =
discussed with you on the phone, we would like to have access in at =
least one DH or CHC tomorrow, Thursday, on April 14, for testing of data =
collection tools with our trainers.
2.	Can you please confirm if the attached list of health facilities in =
the provinces (Kabul, Kunduz, Parwan) where you are providing services =
is complete? If not, can you please add and highlight the missing health =
facilities along with the district names and share the complete list =
back with us, so that we finalize the randomized sampling? =20
3.	As soon as we have a finalized sample of health facilities, we will =
communicate with you to provide us with the list of all staff working in =
the health facilities that will be surveyed.
4.	We will also need an access letter for the selected health facilities =
so that our field monitors can conduct health facility assessments. We =
will communicate the content of the access letter as soon as we have the =
finalized sample of health facilities.
