Dear Dr. Sahib,

Hope my email finds you in good health.

As you know that the submission of financial reports to main office are
delayed due to heavy work load in Logistic Department. 84 Health facilities
are covered by just two staff and that is very difficult for the operation
team to control them on time.

We have one staff, Dilawar Khan, who is working as Inventory Assistant. He
is having good experience in the logistic and procurement documentations.
Therefore, I am suggesting him for the position of Procurement Officer which
will ultimately improve our documentations and on time submission of
reports.

I will highly appreciate your kind approval in this regard.
