, the IEA security forces arrested one civilian from Cheshmeh Garmak Villag=
e and another two from Pir-e Farkhar Village, and seized 10 rifles, 7.65 ca=
l. ammunition, and 10 RPG rounds.<br /><br />Local reporting suggests the I=
EA-led search operations will continue throughout Farkhar District.<br /><b=
r />While the Farkhar-Warsaj Road is open to civilian traffic, the IEA secu=
rity forces increased the number of checkpoints along the route.&nbsp;<br /=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">NGOs are advised to avoid the new areas=
 targetted by IEA search operations.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">NGO staff should ask for updated safety=
 information regarding the environment from local staff, trusted community =
partners, and appropriate officials prior to travel through the IEA areas o=
f operations.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">NGO travellers should also ensure they =
they understand current access and movement regulations from authorities, a=
nd further ensure that they have appropriate and updated documentation.<str=
ong><br /><br />As of 2100 hrs, 14 April:&nbsp;</strong>The IEA-led search =
operations in&nbsp;<a href=3D"https://partners.ngosafety.org/email/36.60237=
3,%2069.78349">Shengan</a>,&nbsp;<a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/As2CPsAkExn=
f457u7">Warok</a>, and&nbsp;<a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/7fP9Nu5K47U8u9jQ=
8">Zingurd</a>&nbsp;areas ended. The members of the IEA security forces wen=
t in the Pir-e Farkhar and Tagab-e Chap areas, where house-to-house search =
operations are ongoing. Furthermore, approximately 50 IEA members arrived, =
as reinforcements, in Farkhar District from Taloqan DAC.<br /><br /></div>

cation services in Tagab-e Chap area were disabled.&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong><br=
 /><br /></strong>NGOs are advised to avoid the new area targeted by the IE=

</strong>The IEA security forces have ended the search operations in Luzhde=
h, Khusdeh, and Youkh areas of Farkhar District, and have started searching=
