, the IEA security forces arrested one civilian from Cheshmeh Garmak Villag=
e and another two from Pir-e Farkhar Village, and seized 10 rifles, 7.65 ca=
l. ammunition, and 10 RPG rounds.<br /><br />Local reporting suggests the I=
EA-led search operations will continue throughout Farkhar District.<br /><b=
r />While the Farkhar-Warsaj Road is open to civilian traffic, the IEA secu=
rity forces increased the number of checkpoints along the route.&nbsp;<br /=
><br />NGOs are advised to avoid the new areas targetted by IEA search oper=
ations.<br /><br />NGO staff should ask for updated safety information rega=
rding the environment from local staff, trusted community partners, and app=
ropriate officials prior to travel through the IEA areas of operations.<br =
/><br />NGO travellers should also ensure they understand current access an=
d movement regulations from authorities, and further ensure that they have =
appropriate and updated documentation.<br /><br /></div>

goo.gl/maps/As2CPsAkExnf457u7">Warok</a>, and&nbsp;<a href=3D"https://goo.g=
l/maps/7fP9Nu5K47U8u9jQ8">Zingurd</a> areas ended. The members of the IEA s=
ecurity forces went in the Pir-e Farkhar and Tagab-e Chap areas, where hous=
e-to-house search operations are ongoing. Furthermore, approximately 50 IEA=
 members arrived, as reinforcements, in Farkhar District from Taloqan DAC.<=
br /><br />At the time of writing, the telecommunication services in Tagab-=
e Chap area were disabled.&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong><br /><br /></strong>NGOs ar=
e advised to avoid the new area targeted by the IEA-led search operations.<=
strong><br /><br />As of 1815 hrs, 14 April: </strong>The IEA security forc=
es have ended the search operations in Luzhdeh, Khusdeh, and Youkh areas of=
 Farkhar District, and have started searching the private residences in&nbs=
p;<a href=3D"https://partners.ngosafety.org/email/36.602373,%2069.78349">Sh=
engan</a>,&nbsp;<a href=3D"https://goo.gl/maps/As2CPsAkExnf457u7">Warok</a>=
