justification for medicines budget amount and it is linked with previous =

Greetings

This is to clarify briefly on reasons for the high consumption of =
medicines in the Atta Turk national children hospital as:

1.     The initial estimation was according to IPD admission; while the =
number of OPD attendance has increased dramatically more than what was =
expected.

2.      A patient satisfaction survey was also conducted to assess =
clients=E2=80=99 health seeking behavior, the majority expressed greater =
satisfaction compared with the time when the hospital was being run by =
the government which also in turn indicates quality and availability of =
services and ultimately to increase in the number of OPD

3.     Prior to the contract award with JACK, there was a disrupted =
system for health services delivery; while after Jan 2020, JACK could =
revive and strengthened the system which has led to rapid increase in =
the volume of daily attendance by patients
