Greeting form kunduz ,first of all you are welcome to JACK family and then
we are happy that after many times you are taking the medical responsibility
of main office and we are waiting for you more and on time support.

Regarding to the some medicine you listed in bellow email were in list of
TPM and Dr.Walikhan and requested these items already to add in our medical
list. Also the EPHS list which is prepared was shared by WHO side and asked
us to procure and supply them.

In spite of these comments, we will Mahmoodi Sahib review the pharmaceutical
requests and share soon with you.

With due respect

This is Farid Arezo pharmacy coordinator and I am pleased to be  with JACK
family .

Sir yesterday I received your BPHS, EPHS and WHO pharmaceutical requested
order and as your in case that we contract with the MoPH based on EPHS and
BPHS package so, we have to supply the medicine based on that, and as I
checked your requested list there are some bullet point which crossed more
one million Afghani out of EPHS and BPHS list so please recheck the point
and correct your order.

Some medicine are out of BPHS and EPHS

Out of BPHS:

.       Item # 68  Dexa+ Ciprofloxacin ( Eye drop) (960 *76 = 72,960 Afg)

.       Item # 9 Tab.  Ibuprofen 400mg   (380,000*1.4 =551000 Afg)

.       Item # 7 Tab.  Erythromycin 250mg           (98,000*2.8 = 274,400
Afg )

Total cost =898,360 Afg

Out of EPHS:

.       Item # 87  syrup Lactulose                            (200
syrup*120.95 cost =24190 Afg )

.       Item # 107   Dexa+ Ciprofloxacin ( Eye drop) (180*76=12060 Afg)

NOT necessary items based on request:

.       Item # 21 Infusion set                                    (7000* 10
= 70000 Afg )

Of course it's not out of EPHS but the requested items is  more than
available order infusion bags it means all requested infusion bags are with
the set so what is this for?

.       Item # 10  soap 50gr ( 700*30=21000 Afg) it's not necessary because
the logistic already supply  quarterly

Total cost = 127,250 Afg

The grand total cost of out of EPHS and BPHS items = 1,025,610 Afg

.       What is the purpose of the WHO requested list for, Are these items
are used in EPHS or BPHS?

If this is for the EPHS most of these items are already we have in EPHS
order list too (For example Acetaminophen and Paracetamol are the same one
it just the generic is changed with the common name), therefore please
recheck your request and resend me back as soon for the next steps.

Note:

.       All pharmaceutical request will be sharing with me with allocation
sheet before you receive the approval

.       All pharmaceutical soft drafts request will share with pharmacy
department

.       All order list will be based on BPHS and EPHS standard list
