Greetings

This is to clarify briefly on reasons for the high consumption of medicines
in the Atta Turk national children hospital as:

1.     The initial estimation was according to IPD admission; while the
number of OPD attendance has increased dramatically more than what was
expected.

2.      A patient satisfaction survey was also conducted to assess clients=
=E2=80=99
health seeking behavior, the majority expressed greater satisfaction
compared with the time when the hospital was being run by the government
which also in turn indicates quality and availability of services and
ultimately to increase in the number of OPD

3.     Prior to the contract award with JACK, there was a disrupted system
for health services delivery; while after Jan 2020, JACK could revive and
strengthened the system which has led to rapid increase in the volume of
daily attendance by patients
