I hope this Email finds you well. Reference to the below Email, please make=
 sure that each MHNT should have two vehicles and continue their regular se=
rvice delivery on bi-weekly basis to each site.
Unfortunately it's the second time we are receiving such complaints from JA=
CK provincial offices (first was from Farah) about vehicles for MHNTs, whic=
h is not in line with our contract. Please check and advise your team to ur=
gently address this issue in all of your respective provinces, latest by ne=
xt week.

Dear Dr. SB Amiri and Dr. Sb Amin,
Please dedicate one health and one nutrition extender for MHNTs to support =
JACK provincial office for a specific period to organize regular bi-weekly =
MHNT operations in Faryab.

During our visit of the MHNT in Faryab last month, we noticed that each tea=
m has only one vehicle, meaning that the mobile team does not visit the sit=
es on a bi-weekly basis. We brought this to the attention of provincial man=
ager of JACK in Faryab.
As a follow up, I enquired nutrition extender colleague in Faryab if this r=
equirement is fulfilled. So far unfortunately, they did not get the second =
vehicle for each team. Appreciate if you could kindly follow up this with J=
ACK main office.
