Dear Operation Colleagues,

I am hereby enclosing the agreed senior management instruction for your
consideration. In order to avoid any delay in the monthly financial reports,
please consider the submission timeline strictly. The document submission
timeline mentioned in the attached document is as follows:

-          Complete documents of the transactions accrued between 1st - 10th
of each month must be submitted by 15th of the month.

-          Transactions accrued between 11th - 20th of each month to be
submitted by 25th of the same month and

-          Transactions accrued  between 21st - end of the month must be
submitted by 5th of the next month.

Be accurate in your documentation.

This instruction is for all the Parwan operation team. In case of any delay
or negligence, the senior management will be taking an action.
