per JACK policy. If you already have a list that you use, kindly share 
that with us. Our first batch of training has started, so we need this 
information for timely payments to participants.

Dear JACK Parwan Colleagues,

I hope this email finds you well.

As you are aware that the MIYCN trainings for health staff are planned 
by AINHE from the next week onwards, we will highly appreciate your 
support in timely coordination and effective implementation of the 
program.

In order to better manage the payment process for transportation and 
accommodation of trainees that come from distant districts, we would 
appreciate if you could share the list of transportation rates from each 
health facility to the provincial center.

Also, in the list attached to this email, it will be very useful if you 
could clearly indicate those health facilities that need to be paid 
accommodation costs (highlight resident with a YES and non-resident with 
a NO under Column G of the attached sheet) and share it with us. If any 
BPHS health facilities are missing in the list, kindly add them to it.

Important: The MIYCN trainings aim to train doctors (paediatric and 
gynecology only), nurses, midwives and nutrition counsellors from BPHS 
and EPHS health facilities only. We have had incidents in different 
provinces where non-target health staff were invited, we would 
appreciate your due diligence in inviting the eligible participants to 
MIYCN trainings.
