Reference is made to the Grant Letter of Agreement for the project =
entitled =E2=80=9CProvision of Operational and Technical Support to Ali =
Jinnah Hospital (COVID-19)=E2=80=9D, signed between WHO and JACK (PO No. =
202813333). In follow up of Dr. Manuel=E2=80=99s communication with you, =
you already have spent some amount in the initial days of project. For =
us to be able to pay you the spent amount, please send us technical =
report along with financial and FACE reports (templates attached) =
primarily in draft via email for finalizing and then the signed and =
stamped hard copies. Since the project has already stopped and will not =
be implemented anymore, following the payment, we are going to close the =
PO.
