Dear Shahzad Sahib,

Hope my email finds you well.

This is to let you know that there are two transactions that have been taken
place for the last three months which are not reported yet.

1-      We are paying monthly AFN 100,000 to PPHD for which the verbal
approval was given by Dr. Sahib Noor Ahmad and Takal Sahib.

2-      We have contracted two vehicles for the transportation of PH staff
from Kabul amounting to monthly AFN 125,000. This is also verbally
communicated by Dr. Sahib Noor Ahmad to Mirzaee Sb and Dr. Sb Safar.

I would like to have your kind instruction whether to charge both the
transaction to other cost line or some other budget line. In the meanwhile,
I have requested several times for the detail budget, I have not received it
so far.

I will appreciate your kind cooperation in this regard.
