ou are now able to access the <a href=3D"https://chdc.ngosafety.org/login">=
<strong>Conflict &amp; Humanitarian Data Centre</strong></a>.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />Please see the access instruction=
s below.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />CHDC is our new online incident d=
atabase with an inbuilt chart and mapping application.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />It contains all incidents recorde=
d by INSO back to 01 January 2019 organised around standard codes for Actor=
s, Acts and Impacts and allows you to create and save your own charts and m=
aps.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">To provide access for as many partners =
as possible, CHDC is being provided &lsquo;<em>as is&rsquo;</em> and we cur=
rently do not have the capacity for training for individual partners, altho=
ugh this will be introduced later.<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">In the meantime, we invite you to watch=
 the series of <a href=3D"https://ngosafety.org/tutorial-series/"><strong>U=
ser Tutorials</strong></a> which cover everything from Log-In to creating a=
nd saving maps.&nbsp;<br /><br /></div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">You will also find a Help Menu in the a=
pplication itself which we ask you to please consult before contacting us.<=

<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />Access is restricted to individua=
ls already registered in the INSO Partners Portal by their NGO.&nbsp;</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />To start, please <a href=3D"https=
://chdc.ngosafety.org/login"><strong>log-in</strong></a> with the email and=
 password with which you are registered in the Partners Portal (i.e the add=
ress on which you receive INSO alerts, reports etc).</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />If you have not yet created a pas=
sword in the Partners Portal, then just enter the registered email and CHDC=
 will prompt you to verify your account and create a password before contin=
uing.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;"><br />This password will then work for =
CHDC and the Partners Portal afterwards.</div>
<div style=3D"text-align: justify;">If you are not registered in the INSO p=
ortal, then the system will tell you that your email address is not recogni=
sed. In this case, you must contact <strong>your organisation's List Admini=
strator</strong> to be added to the lists and <strong>not INSO</strong>.</d=

tered with INSO then you will be unable to access CHDC.</div><div style=3D"=
