The supportive Supervisions plan of Parwan health centers for the month of =
April 2022 was prepared and sent to you, In addition to preparing an action=
 plan, the following points should be considered.

1.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 Implementation of the plan until the=
 end of the month is inevitable and no apology is acceptable.

2.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 If there is a problem in implementin=
g the plan, share it with us early.

3.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 If colleagues are going on vacation,=
 they should coordinate with us the day before.

4.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 At the end of each week, share Super=
visions reports in the form of hard and soft with us.

5.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 Each team is responsible for coordin=
ating with the transport department one day before the Supervisions trip.

6.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 The transport department provides 4 =
Cars a day for the Supervisions teams. If there is a problem, let us know.

7.=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 There are three members in each team=
. If one member of the team is unable to participate in the supervision, th=
e other team members are responsible for supervising.
