Dear Gulzai Sahib,

As you know that each month end we have to submit all the financial
information to the Kabul main office and now as the March end is approaching
near, the logistic team have not prepared and submitted their bills to the
finance section, however you have instructed them strictly to get it done
but no action is taken so far. The late submission of documents is being
practiced in March as well and it's now unacceptable for me as all the
hardships of checking, recording, analyzing of all documents is done by
Finance and I have been pushed from the main office as well for the early
submission of documents.

Logistic Officer, Fida Mohammad Sofizada, has pending advances of
approximately AFN 1.4 million and haven't cleared since January. As the
submission deadline was 23 March and they failed to provide us the document,
therefore, I request you to please instruct them to submit the documents by
27th March COB. Otherwise the late submission will not be tolerated further.
